[E L See. Margery Sharp was born Clara Margery Melita Sharp in Salisbury. She spent part of her childhood in Malta. Sharp wrote 26 novels, 14 children's stories, 4 plays, 2 mysteries and many short stories.

She is best known for her series of children's books about a little white mouse named Miss Bianca and her companion, Bernard/5. The sex certainly was hot and steamy, if that is all one is looking for in a romance, but I want to see more romance and more showing of what draws the characters together as a couple, not just mindless sex.

This book was a big disappointment--I expect more from Harlequin Historicals, particularly their Christmas anthologies/5(11).
